Group Reiki Sessions are a wonderful opportunity to receive Reiki and give Reiki after your Level 1 Reiki Workshop. The Group Session provides support to meet like-minded people and share your Reiki experiences. The Group session also provides great confidence for people to give Reiki. There are one or two brief instructional sessions, for people who have just recently started Reiki, to recap on Reiki positions.

Group sessions open with a brief meditation. Then we break up into groups of 4 or 5 and give Reiki to each other on Reiki Plinths. Each person receives approximately 20-30 minutes Reiki from 4 to 5 people.

The group energy is powerful and provides deep relaxation and healing. We also recognise the great gift of sharing our Reiki with one another and the powerful effect that can have on ourselves and the lives of others and our communities.

Time is given to exchange people’s names for distant healing.

Group Reiki Sessions are open to anyone who has completed a Reiki 1 Workshop.

Group Sessions: One Wednesday Morning each month and Tuesday Evening each month.

Wed: 10am-12pm. Tues: 7.30pm-9.30pm at 102 Castleknock Park, Castleknock, Dublin 15.
