arranged for your Community Group. Reduced
prices are available for Community Groups.
Why Introduce Reiki to your
Community Group?
Learning to do Reiki oneself
is a great tool for relaxation, managing stress
and improved health. Research has shown that
people who can manage stress, relax and have a
sense of well-being are better able to cope with
Life. Also as Reiki improves relationships, this
has a significant impact on personal well-being,
as sometimes relationships can deplete one’s
energy.
Reiki is for Life and is a
wonderful technique for coping with life’s ups
and downs.
Reiki Courses can be provided
to your Community Group.

The
Reiki Level 1 Course is run over 16 hours and can be run
to suit your Community Group’s needs. Click

| Reiki Introductory Talks,
Meditation and Mini Reiki Treatments can be
provided. This generally takes 2 hours. |
| Reiki Mini Treatment can be
given on an individual basis. Mini
Treatment: Head and Shoulders. |
| Reiki Treatments can be
given on an individual basis on a Plinth. |
To empower and enable your
Community Group to manage stress, stay relaxed
and maintain health, it is recommended that
people learn to do Reiki for themselves in a
Reiki Course.
