Staff?
Learning to do Reiki oneself
is a great tool for relaxation, managing stress
and improved health. Research has shown that
people who can manage stress, relax and have a
sense of well-being are less likely to be absent
from work. Also as Reiki improves relationships,

Reiki Courses can be provided
to your staff.
To empower and enable your
staff to manage stress, stay relaxed and
maintain health, it is recommended that people
learn to do Reiki for themselves in a Reiki
Course.
However Reiki Treatments can
be provided at Lunch breaks or Coffee Breaks to
be less disruptive to Work Activities. Reiki is
simple, non-intrusive and there is no need to
remove any clothing. Oils are not used, your
hair is not messed, so employees can return to
work, as normal.
Reiki treatments can take from
fifteen minutes to one hour and can be arranged
as suits.
